We gather in the lovely ancient building just on the edge of the village with a view over pastoral countryside. All ages are welcome and we encourage participation in the form of singing, reading and praying. The building dates from 1265 and has a c14 spire with plenty of other physical features to explore. As Ralph Vaughan Williams was born in the village while his father was vicar, there is an exhibition in the bell tower showing details of the famous composer's life. Every September there is a service to commemorate the Battle of Arnhem (18th Sept 1944) and the image of a Dakota in a North aisle window marks a link with so many heroes and heroines of the 2nd World War.

Our motto:

Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to Your name be the glory, because of Your love and faithfulness. Psalm 115 v1
